Return Policy

Please enclose original receipt when sending your return so we can locate your order. Please let us know the reason for your return, by email or a note with the return. 

All returns are processed as quickly as possible, generally within 3 business days. Refunds often take anywhere from 5-7 business days to show up in your account depending on your financial institution.

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

The returned item must be in the condition you received it. The item must have original tags attached, be unwashed, odor free, stain free, and free of pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund based on the condition of the item. If the item is considered nonrefundable, you will receive an email notifying you to contact us.

For eligible returns, the item must be received back to us within 10 days from the delivery date. You will receive a full refund, less shipping charges, back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. 

Returned items received by us after 10 days, will not be issued a refund. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Online purchase can also be returned at our brick and mortar store, She & The Stork 918 First St La Salle, IL 61301, with receipt, for an in-store credit only. 

For walk in customers, purchases made in our store can be returned or exchanged at She & The Stork, within 7 days for a full refund. Eligibility is based on conditions above.

If you received an item that is damaged or flawed, please email us within 3 business days. Please follow the care label on the garment. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care. 

We intend to be as accurate as possible when photographing items shown on our website.  Due to lighting, cameras, computer monitor resolutions, some patterns and colors may vary slightly in appearance than they do on our site. If you find the item does not meet your expectations, please follow our return policy. We do not consider this an issue of defect.
